Lower Lewis River Falls, Gifford Pinchot National Forest in Washington State
Just wanted to post this as a celebration of my favorite season, and a reminder to everyone during what is always a busy time, to take a moment and enjoy the natural beauty around us, wherever that may be.
PS - I took this pic last year, how's that for cheating!
Dear Scott, This is inded a remarkable photograph. Such dynamic beauty and yet such a feeling of calm and repose. What a timely reminder for us all to 'stop and stare' in our busy lives.ReplyDelete
Wow, I second Edith's comment: remarkable! This time of year the light and foliage seem to give everything a golden glow...ReplyDelete
Brilliant picture - I went to go Fav it on Flickr and found I already had.ReplyDelete
A re-run. :)ReplyDelete
Wow, what beauty there is in the world! This looks like a painting to me. Have you printed and framed it?ReplyDelete
Some photo! Almost too perfect if that can be so. I thought at first it was a 3D simulation. After working my way into this comment, I realize it may not sound like a compliment. But it is.ReplyDelete
Beautiful place, Scott. You nailed it. Autumn is definitely a marvel.ReplyDelete
